Brooklyn, New York. According to police, a 38-year-old male was shot and killed late Thursday night outside a Bedford-Stuyvesant residence on Marcy Avenue.
Officers from the 79th Precinct responded to a 911 call of a male being shot in front of 541 Marcy Avenue at around 11:35 p.m. on June 19. When they arrived, they discovered that the victim had been shot several times.
After being taken by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, the man was declared deceased.
No arrests have been made
In order to notify the victim’s family, the victim’s identify has not yet been made public. As of right now, no suspect description was given, and no arrests had been made.
The NYPD is looking over local CCTV footage as part of their inquiry.
