Victim dies at hospital after Frankford Avenue shooting

Baltimore, Maryland.Following a late-night shooting Saturday in Northeast Baltimore, city police announced the death of a 32-year-old male.

After receiving many 911 calls about gunfire, officers were sent to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Sinclair Lane at approximately 11:38 p.m. In the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue, responding police found indications of a crime scene.

Police were alerted shortly after that a shooting victim had sought medical attention at a local hospital. Medical personnel attempted to save his life, but the man was declared dead.

The victim’s identity has not yet been made public by the police, and no details on possible suspects or a motive have been revealed.
