Antioch Police say a 3-year-old boy died Tuesday night in what seems to have been an accident shooting.
At around 6 p.m., cops were called to the scene of a suicide by a 3-year-old.
Police were called to a home on Clearbrook Road, but the child was already dead when they got there.
At this point, police say it looks like the killing was an accident.
