Maryland Woman ID’d in Deadly New Castle Pedestrian Crash

NEW CASTLE, Del. The woman who died in a pedestrian collision on Wednesday night has been identified by Delaware State Police as Ugochi Chiaha, 50, of Annapolis, Maryland.

The Troop 2 crash Reconstruction Unit is still investigating the fatal crash. Troopers are looking for witnesses to the event and are urging anyone with information to call 302-365-8417 to speak with Master Corporal R. Kunicki.
