BALTIMORE, Md. — A 33-year-old man was hospitalized late Thursday after he was shot in Baltimore’s Northern District just before midnight.
Officers responded around 11:57 p.m. to the 5000 block of Park Heights Avenue following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located the man with an apparent gunshot wound.
Emergency crews transported the victim to a local hospital. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
No suspects have been named, and authorities have not provided details on a motive. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear.
The block where the incident occurred is a residential area near several local businesses and has seen previous reports of gun-related incidents.
